Currently, delivery of products purchased on https://beta.vasanthandco.in is available in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry only. As and when we would provide delivery to other locations, the same would be updated here, we request you to kindly check the Shipping Policy link on our home page for further updates.
The Company shall exercise all possible measures to ensure that any Product booked on the Website is delivered as follow:
- Product will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days.
from the date of booking of order on the Website subject to successful realization of payment made against the said Order and availability of the Product(s). However, User understands and confirms that the Company shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of Product due to circumstances beyond the control of the Company, provided, the Company takes all required and necessary steps to ensure delivery of the Product within above mentioned timelines.
Shipping Charges are as follow:
- Depending on product category and delivery location, the delivery varies from free to charged.

If User purchases multiple Products in a single transaction, then all the Products would be shipped to a single shipping address given by User. If User wishes to ship Products to different addresses, then User should book separate orders based on delivery addresses.
How would I know that my shipping address is serviced?
The information about any pincode being serviced within the location can be checked in “Product Page” and "Add to cart".
Your shipping address Pin Code will be verified with our database before you proceed to pay for your purchase. In case it is not serviceable to that location, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we could deliver there.
How does the delivery process work?
The User agrees that the delivery can be made to the person who is present at the shipping address provided by the User.
- Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
- After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and shipped.
- Our delivery persons bring the package to you at the earliest possible.

How are items packaged?
We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. Each individual product where required is well packaged in bubble wrap or shrink wrap.
My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

Does Vasanth & Co deliver internationally?
Currently, https://beta.vasanthandco.in doesn't deliver items internationally. However, you are invited to make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world at the same time ensuring the Shipping Address is within Tamil Nadu.
beta.vasanthandco.in shall not compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery.
The Users can cancel the order at any moment of time even if the delivery time exceeds the expected delivery time.
If it is a prepaid order, the Users will be refunded back the price of the product in the account or payment wallet, in accordance with the options chosen by you, as soon as the order is successfully cancelled.
