Wallet The Wallet ("Wallet") is a pre-paid payment instrument which is associated with your Vasanthandco.in account. You can maintain a balance of money with Vasanthandco.in and redeem it at your convenience. Vasanthandco.in will not pay any interest on the amount maintained by you in your Wallet. Refill of Wallet Your Wallet can be refilled, using any of the pre-paid payment options only. You will be able to recharge your Wallet up to an amount of INR 10,000. There is no need to maintain a minimum balance. Refund of Wallet Amount If you do not wish to continue with or utilize the amount from your Wallet, Vasanthandco.in will provide you with an interest free refund of your Wallet amount, within thirty (30) days from the date of your request. Limitation of Liability In no event will Vasanthandco.in be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages or losses of any kind, arising from the use of Wallet or association with the Wallet. Applicable Law This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be in Bangalore.
