
Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Vasanth & Co. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and achieving business growth. This role requires a motivated professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Skills & Qualifications:
