UI/UX Designer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless and visually appealing user interactions.
Responsibilities:

Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility of designs and smooth implementation.

Create user flows, journey maps, and personas to enhance user experience.

Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.

Maintain design consistency through style guides, UI kits, and design systems.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.

Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.

Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
